  1. Sometimes I push hardest on a long hill between the office and home....it's about a half mile and 6% grade. Ouch!

  2. Nice one Ben! Doing that on your regular commute would definitely help to maintain a pretty high level of fitness! And I think it's good to remember we can't all be PRO, setting small challenges and overcoming them is the way to go. I recently climbed Mt Macedon for the first time and was more that a little chuffed!
